You are on page 1of 23

The presentation should last as a whole max 25mn

Here follows guidelines (in the notes) and exemple (on the slides). It is here for
guidance and inspiration. That means, you do not need to copy exactly the structure
and type of figures. You need to have all the elements which I mentioned as
important. Yet, you can structure and illustrate them differently. Also, please, make
good use of the animations: not to do fancy things but to help follow your points  .
Good luck !

1
You present the plan of your session with the name of the speakers for each part.
You can also add a time for each part.

2
In red, the maximum time pro section as presented here. If you add them up, it is
over 25mn, so you cannot be on max for all the sections ;) .

3
You present in a concise and referenced way the problem you are tackling

6
You present what you want to perform, your target group and the context in which
you want to apply the game

7
No need to present your problem analysis here.

The most important things are: giving an idea on how your organize your workshop
in which your game is included + how and why you collect and analyze data from the
game session/the workshop.

For the workshop, we need to understand how it supports the serious game session
and help responding to your problem and goals.

For the data collection and analysis , we do not need to present an analytical
framework or a model. You can just say: « We would use a model doing this and that
AND/OR an analytical framework which categorize XX ».

and goals.

12
Give an overciew of your game

13
Shows how it works.

In the example above, the slide is overloaded. Either I should use animation to make
the elements appear progressively OR I need to simplify it.
