    SPOUSES RUBEN TUMAKAY & SHIELA A. TUMAKAY who can be served
    with subpoena and other processes of this Honorable Office at:

    SPOUSES RUBEN TUMAKAY AND SHIELA A. TUMAKAY


    Sition Tingtingon, Brgy. Maribakan, Santa Fe, Cebu

    The circumstances leading to the commission of the offense are narrated in


    the attached Judicial-Affidavit Complaint of Jimmy Nikolai Peter S. Yap together
    with the other annexed documents to support its claim.

    Please conduct the necessary preliminary investigation, and if evidences


    warrant, the corresponding information be filed in court.
