    authorities and the production warrant of the accused Balvir
    Kaur be issued for 16.10.2023. PW ASI Kamaljit Singh has
    not come present despite being bound down and is ordered to
    be summoned through bailable warrant in the sum of
    Rs.5000/- with one surety of alike amount for the date fixed.
    No other PW is present or served for today and remaining
    unexamined prosecution witnesses be summoned for the date
    fixed.
