    Present: Sh.Balwinder Singh Addl.P.P.for the State.


    Accused Ashu not present.
    Accused Manmeet Singh in custody and not produced.

    Accused Manmeet Singh not produced by the jail

    authorities. Accused Ashu not appeared despite repeated calls since

    morning. Notice issued to him received back unserved. In these

    circumstances, and in the interest of justice, let fresh notice to accused

    Ashu be issued for 06.05.2024. Production warrants qua accused

    Manmeet Singh be also issued for the date fixed.
