I have worked directly as a network support engineer for a large TR-1 (ISP) company since completing diploma in
engineering in telecommunication technology four years ago. I have become a valued and essential part of the

cost-effective systems that have improved performance. Overall in the role I have increased the performance
and hardware by 40% by resolving issues such as system slowdowns, virus outbreaks and network crashes.
