 ZL-3011 series Banbury Mixer is widely used in EVA, PVC, TPR, PE, PP, PC metal powder,

lubrication circulation system;

customer needs, and the cast steel is quenched and tempered and
hardened , the surface is hard chrome plated; the bearing is a ball shaft
roller bearing; the bearing lubricating oil bath; the rotor speed can be
customized according to customer needs

●Mechanical Body:

1. The base and the frame are welded and processed by section steel and steel plate

2. The middle tank of the mixing chamber is made of wear-resistant alloy steel, and the side wall is
made of medium carbon steel plate welded and processed.

3. Stirring shaft, shaft center and blades are made of alloy steel

4. The bearing seat is made of ZG20 steel, and the bearing is made of roller bearing

5. Feeding device This machine is designed as a front feeding device, and the pressure can be adjusted
arbitrarily according to the user-specified air valve

wear-resistant steel imported from West Germany, which is more fastening and durable

17. The mixing tank is "mountain" type. The main body of the mixing tank is made of wear-resistant
alloy steel for overall processing, and the shearing part is surfacing with West German front steel.

18. The pressure cover adopts "M" structure, which makes the mixing of rubber materials more
