3. To be able to have output in dressmaking.

IV. PROCEDURES
1. Prepare the needed materials.
2. Draft short pants.
3. Layout patter on the cloth.
4. Transfer the markings on the cloth.
5. Cut the fabric.
6. Start sewing the short pants.
7. Assemble the parts of the short pants.
8. Insert or put the garter.
9. Iron the short pants.
10. Submit for evaluation.
