▢ 400 gr cilantro fresh
▢ 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
▢ 1 pcs lemon juice
▢ 4 pcs garlic
▢ 100 gr parmesan
▢ 100 gr cashew nut
▢ black pepper
▢ salt

PICA DE GALLO
(1 cup)

▢ 4 tomatoes big, diced


▢ 12 shallot, diced
▢ 1/2 cup cilantro, sliced
▢ 2 tbsp lime juice, from 1 lime
▢ 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
▢ 1/8 tsp black pepper
▢ 50 ml olive oil
