INTRODUCTION
The Municipality of General Trias is one of the fastest
developing municipalities in Cavite Province. Its urban growth
has been spurred by continuous industrial and residential
developments facilitated by improved accessibility from other
urban centers through two main arteries, Governors Drive and
EPZA Diversion Road.

celebrated over the years. The statue
commemorates the city's proud history
as well as General Trias's pivotal role
in the fight for independence.
