Position 1: Software Engineer


 In-depth understanding of object oriented concepts/development.
 Knowledge/Experience in C++ is preferred. Knowledge/Experience in JAVA
or any other OO language is good to have.
 Basic database concepts. Basic DB schema design, writing simple to
moderate SQL queries.
 High accuracy and attention to details
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should be able to think about
alternate solutions.
 Should be able to write code for a given problem statement in
C++/Java/other language or pseudo code. Logic must be correct. Correct
Roles and
syntax will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
 Be able to work independently or in a team

Position 2: Technical Support Engineer


 Take ownership of issues reported by the users and see the problems
through to resolution.
 Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows & Linux desktop operating.
 Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop applications such as Microsoft
Office, antivirus, etc.
 Install network printers.
 Carry out periodic hardware & software inventory verification.
 Carry out regular infrastructure checks.

 Monitor systems and applications.
 Monitor ticketing system queue for trouble-tickets.
 Immediately escalate Severity 1 issues to the L2 team.
 Follow organizational processes and create & update necessary
documentation.
Skills required for Technical Support Engineer
• Experience or knowledge of providing end-user IT support, which includes
identifying, troubleshooting & fixing hardware / software / operating system
issues.
• Good experience or knowledge of using ticketing tools.
• Ability to work independently by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting
and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Laptop / desktop hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic network troubleshooting – ability to identify whether the issue is with
the laptop/desktop, network cable, network port/switch or with the ISP.
• Some experience of working on or good understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN,
and Active Directory.
• Well versed in troubleshooting for remote users (working from home or
located outside Pune).
• Basic knowledge of Windows & Linux server operating systems, web servers
and database would be good to have.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
• Understanding SLAs and knowing when and what to escalate to the L2 Team.
• Working in 24x7 shifts on rotational basis is essential.
• Quick and adaptable learner of new technologies.

Position 3: Network Engineer L1:


As a network support engineer trainee, you’ll be responsible for maintaining
the systems that allow Customer to function and communicate, both internally
and externally, on a daily basis. Depending on your level of responsibility, tasks
may include upgrading the company’s communications infrastructure or
installing a new system. Specific projects will vary depending on the sector and
type of business you work for. Regardless of the type of business, as a network
support engineer Trainee you'll be responsible for designing, installing and
maintaining the communications, file sharing and general IT resources used by
the organization.
 Single point of contact for end user to receive support and maintenance for
network system
 Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware
and equipment
 Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of networking problems to help
minimize downtime
 Perform basic troubleshooting like log collection, capturing environmental
challenges, troubleshooting the errors and escalate to L2 if required.
 Working with respective teams towards resolution
 Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer
systems, networks and information.

 Identify and implement technical solutions and new security tools to help
mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
 Manage and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet
systems.
 Provide regular status reports to management and conduct occasional
surveys of customer satisfaction
 Network support in -Routing, Switching, IP Protocol, VLAN, LAN, WAN ,
MPLS,ILL,
Broadband, 2G, 3G/4G.technical & non-technical work, active passive, BGP,
OSPF, load balancing, Load Sharing within given network.
 Maintaining, supporting a local and wide-area network (LAN/WAN) that,
includes planning, evaluation, configuration, acquisition, design, installation,
maintenance, testing, and coordination.
 On a day to day basis you will be involved in supporting and troubleshooting
network problems; coordinating with vendors/end customers for
installation & network related enquiry/queries.
Required skills for Network Engineer
Along with an in depth knowledge of technology, employers will expect you to
