Chapter I

Executive Summary

Kibungsod high school senior student and teachers finds it hard to buy

drinks because of their designated location which is found at the elevated

area of the school campus. The Choco Loco company decided to address

their needs by introducing a new product which is Chocolate Jelly Drinks that

will be market near to their facilities, in order to avoid going up and down to

the stairs.

Choco Loco company market those product inside the campus to

cater their target market which are the students and faculties. Their

competitors will be the others students whom sell products even though it is

indirect competitors it will affect the business to make.

Choco Loco Company is a partnership organization or business with

five owners. These five people has agreed to have their financial share in the

business to be divided equally as well as the duties and responsibilities in the

management. Assets and liabilities that will be taken in and out of the

business will be the obligation of all proprietors Each of us in the team will be

given a specific department.

To be able to founded this business, Choco Loco company needs a

capital worth of Php. 500, in order to market a 20 pieces of a cups per day
and sell in to 25 pesos each unit. The gross profit of each unit will be 10

pesos.
