MINER POINTS TO BE MANAGED BY HR-ADMIN AT UNIT-1

1. CANTEEN MANAGEMENT-
I) Personal Account (Excel data based Meal-Card) and Monthly Card of eaters.
II) Menu is to be pasted after approval.
III) Posters regarding Cleanliness & Hygienic protocol.
2. Salary & Attendance
I) computerized record of cash salary is to be erased from Unit-1 & 2 a disposable
performa & Diary will be maintained for the purpose.
II) Payrole Management on record -Monthly Salary Sheet & Attendance in Excel -
biometric also.
III) Casual Labour Attendance will be taken in an Attendance-Card Excel Sheet of
Attendance as well as Salary is to be maintained based on Attendance-Cards.
3. Renewal Documents-
I) Adhar Card/Voter-Id
II) Educational Certificates etc.
Iii) Monthly-PT & PF & ESIC Challan/e-receipt.
4. Courier Services-
I) Dispatch Register is to be maintained.
II) Inward & Outward Entry Records.
III) Receipt & Delivery.
5. Colony Rooms-
I) Allotment order.
II) Hand over & take over.
III) Maintenance & Cleanliness.
IV) Occupancy Status.
V) Schedule Visit of colony rooms to ensure Cleanliness & Maintenance.
6. Ground & Garden-
I) Watering & Cutting & shaping of Hedges.
II) Coconut tree are to be planted alongside of boundary wall.
7. Guests
I) Facilitate with pick & drop if required arrange lodging & boarding as per HR-Policy.
II) Receiving & Entertainment.
III) Conduct Meeting with M.D. on request-formal/informal.
8. Visitor-Follow the Visitor’s Policy
I) Request for visit on Mail is expected.
II) Purpose of Visit on either email of Phone call.
III) Prior-Permission will be granted on e-mail after having approval of concerned.

V) If it’s Factory visit then Mobile-Phone will be kept at the Gate.
VI) Entry will be done in Visiter-Register.
VII) Gate-Keeper will intime the concerned by Pnone call & seek his permission before
letting him enter the Factory premises.
VIII) When permission is granted Gate-Keeper will issue him-Visitor-ID-Card to wear.
9. Confrence Room-
I) Ensure sitting Arrangement & ready equipment as per need before Meeting.
10. House Keeping-
I) Ensure cleanliness & tidiness in all of the Dept of Production & Admin -HR
II) Ensure arrangement of furniture & Apparatus of all the dept. in proper setting.
III) Everyday dusting, cleaning & mopping.
IV) Pentary.
11. Manpower-Management-
I) Separate record keeping of casual Labour (Daily wages) & payroll labour.
II) Cash in advanced mentioned in point no.2
III) Separate Attendence sheet & Salary Sheet.
IV) List out Skilled & unskilled labours.
12. Garden -
I) A new garden can be developed in front of Boiler or ongoing constructed building.
