1) Permission to carry out the Non-destructive testing in flats will be in clients’
scope.
2) Society needs to issue the letter before carrying out the Visual Inspection and
Rebound Hammer Testing
3) The society should be co-operative with the Testing team while carrying out
the Extensive Structural audit.
