Good morning, i've installed the VisPoolManager as a service to render the JT in Active Workspace(CSR): when start the service the rendering work for some time but after the browser return this error:"3D rendering is not enabled for this server. 3D rendering is not enabled for this server. I've tried to start the vispool by a batch file but the behaviour is the same. Is there any configuration to set that the service doesn't go in deadtime? Can you help me? Needed to be run as cmd while user is logged in to the server.
