1.1 Process Overview

Business transactions in Financial Accounting that are repeated regularly again and again, such as Rent, Insurance Premium
etc... A Template can be maintained for entries that are frequently passed monthly, Quarterly & Yearly.

1.2 Intended Audience

This document is primarily intended for QGEBS business & technical users’ group responsible for maintenance of
Creation of Recurring Entries of the business partners in SAP.

2. Create Recurring Entry Using T Code – FBD1.

First Run Date: - Recurring Entry First Run Date

Last Run Date: - Recurring Entry Last Run Date
Interval In Months: - Recurring Entry (Every month or Every Half yearly)
Run Date: - Would be your Posting Date for Recurring Entries.
Document Type: - KR (Vendor Invoice)

Save this Document Number for Further Steps.

Document Number :- Enter Document Number From Previous step.
Fiscal Year :- 2023
Settlement Period :- Same as First Run and Last Run.
Batch Input Session Name :- For our own clarification.
