General Information
Description
Designed as focus of life sciences on human anatomy and physiology. The focus is a in depth analysis of
the human organ systems and how they function to support life. The following topics will be discussed
throughout this course: human body organization, homeostasis, and the following systems:
integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine, cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic,
digestive, urinary, and reproductive.

Grading
In Human A & P, the effort you put into your work MATTERS when it comes to your grade. So, ensure
that your responses are well constructed and concise. Make-up work can be collected from the make-
up folder for the week and due 1 day after missed day(s), any later and it is an automatic 50. If you
miss a lab day, there is a make-up lab to do on your own time/at home that can be completed on your
