My name is Ivet Pastor Valverde, and I will finish my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in a few
months. Currently, I am also doing an internship in the Human Resources Department at Contact
Center Institute, CLICC & Smartcex based in Barcelona. Being my first experience as an intern, I
have learned the structure of the personnel selection procedure and how to apply it, which I
think I can provide to Obelis Group.

I hold the opinion that employees create a company and they are the cornerstone for a
successful functioning. Therefore, I consider it is essential to create a favourable work
environment and to pay attention to employee’s time in the company since the reception of
their candidacy. This is the main reason why I decided to focus my career on Human Resources.

I believe this program is a superb opportunity to continue learning and gaining professional
experience which undoubtedly will be profitable in my future. Moreover, I am passionate about
travelling, getting to know new cultures and learning new languages. One of my outstanding
experiences was my Erasmus in Gent that made me improve my relational communicative skills
and my adaptation to new contexts. This is one of the reasons, added to my openness and
enthusiasm, why I think I would perfectly fit in your company.
