OBSERVATION METHOD

A. Time and Place

Time : 07.30 – 09.10 a.m

B. Tools and Materials
1. Equipment
a. Test tubes (3 pieces)
b. Test tube rack (1 piece)
c. Aluminium Foil (3 pieces)
d. Light spirits (1 piece)
e. Wood clamps (1 piece)
f. Cotton (3 pieces)
2. Materials
a. Broth (30 ml)
C. Work Procedures
1. Fillled three test tubes with broth 10 ml resvectively.
2. Tube I, stopper with a cotton cap then aluminum foil to cover the entire
mouth of the tube.
3. Tube II, simmer the broth over the flame lamp spirits for two minutes,
leave without cover (without cover)
4. Tube III, simmer the broth over the fire lamp for two minutes,
immediately cover with cotton and aluminum foil to cover all the space
or blemishes at the mouth of the test tube.
5. Put all test tubes on the test tube rack and store it on your desk, try to
avoid animal interference, direct sunlight and other heat sources.
6. Observed, write the change every day for 5 days.
