    2. Observe of planaria regeneration
    Day/date
    : every day in one week, from 31 April 07 May 2014
    Place
    : Nur Kholifatun Nisa boarding house
    3.2 Tools and Materials
    1. Razor blade
    2. Lup
    3. 9 of plastic glasses
    4. 9 of elastic bracelet
    5. 9 of plastic as covering the glass
    6. pin
    7. Water medium as the origin planaria habit

    3.3 Procedure

    Prepare the tools and material

    Prepare 9 of plastic glass that has filled by water medium as the


    origin of planaria habit
    Give label (head and body in 3 plastic glasses, right body in 3 plastic
    glasses, left body and tail in 3 plastic glasses)

    Take 3 of planaria,cut into 3 part. They are head, body and tail.
    Take 3 planaria, cut vertically into 2 part. They are left and right
    side

    Put in plastic glass that has prepared

    Cover the plastic glass with plastic cover and elastic bracelet

    Make air circulation by stab the plastic cover with pin

    Observe the development of regeneration every day in one week,


    write all the observation result
