contents:

Article 1: Agreement contents: Party B agrees to let Party A deploy and install advertising framed
pictures for Party B in the restroom specifically as follows:

Quantity: 300 frames -Unit price: VND 200,000/frame/month (excluding 10% VAT). This cost includes
contacting the location, asking for permission to install, manufacturing, installing, maintaining and
paying fees to the installation location.
Number of framed picture locations: 100.

-Implementation time: 6 months -Specifications

Size 20cm x 30cm x 0.5cm. Material mica frames lined with cardboard with wooden edges

4-color image of Lormide product. -Total contract value and payment method:

Paying 55% of the contract value immediately after Party A completes the construction of 300 frames at
100 locations and Party B receives the checking report as stated in Article II and Party B's financial
invoice.

The remaining amount (10%) is paid after the deadline for attaching

Last week, we reported that international economists released a hopeful report about Africa’s economy.
The African Development Bank, the United Nations Development Program, and the OECD Development
Center wrote the report. It predicts economic growth on the continent could reach five or six percent
over the next two years.

1. Economists expect seven percent growth in West Africa's economy in the next two years. They say oil
continues to be a major source of income, but that other industries are also important.

2. Growth in Nigeria is coming from agriculture, trade and information, and communications technology.
Manufacturing is helping Ghana grow. Sierra Leone is the fastest-growing country in the area because of
its iron ore exports as well as its agriculture and building industries

3. In Southern Africa, labor problems and weak foreign export markets have affected growth in South
Africa. But that country is still expected to grow almost three percent over the next two years.

Development Program. She says many countries are working to balance their budgets. And they have
solid financial policies.

She says the next question is how to make those improved policies result in growth that helps all of a
country’s citizens. She says inequality remains a big problem in Africa. Ms. Lusigi says it is important to
have growth that affects all people and not just one group
