Steps to Entrepreneurial Success

There are great amounts of tips and suggestions on how to be successful in anything. People
will say these and those are their techniques to success. Well, I might say some of them might
be effective to one and some of them will not. I know for sure what makes anyone successful is
perseverance.

This week, I learned that perseverance can really outstand anything. “Perseverance is
demonstrated by those who keep going when things get tough, who don’t give up even when
others say, “ It can’t be done.” One of the important things I learned is that if I faithfully do any
righteous goals and tasks, the Lord would open up a way and guide me to other opportunities
and blessings, even beyond my dreams. I was never the smartest in the class when I was in
elementary, and high school. So, what I did, I persevered and studied very hard. When my
classmates are outside playing and hanging out with friends, I was in the library, studying and
reviewing my next subject to attend to. That was really a challenge for me. I have no way to say
that, that was easy to reject any outside friends’ activities but I know it was worth it. I
graduated Salutatorian in elementary school, First Honors in Junior High School, and With High
Honors in Senior High School.

Through those experiences back then, I have come to learn to make setbacks an opportunity to
improve. It is not the reward at the end, it is the change that you will have in the process. In the
business world, finding the right entrepreneurial venture for you requires research, effort, and
trial and error. That means obstacles are inevitable. Decisions will be made and it will be a “win
or learn” scenario for you. The most important lesson I learned this week is, in everything that
we do, we should consider these three questions in order to feel real success in life. First, “Have
I contributed something meaningful?” Second, “Am I a good person?” and third, “In whom do I
love and who loves me?”

In every effort that we put in something, we also need to make sure that we also put in to the
right reasons. As long as we faithfully persevere on something that matters most, you will
really have success in everything that you will do.
