The role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities –
distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business priorities
PMO (Project Management):
o Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to
ensure timely delivery of project objectives
o End-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:
Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same
leveraging analytical techniques
Conceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and
support functions
Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders
Establish project management structure
Finalize roadmap (What, Who, When)
Ensure implementation through robust monitoring
Ensure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to
share progress update and seek feedback/ inputs
Escalate and/or course-correct, as and when required, to ensure on-time
delivery of key milestones
SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)
o Work closely with sales leadership across levels and collaborate with relevant support
functions to ensure execution of SFE parameters and drive SFE initiatives for identified
sales teams
o Key responsibilities include
Drive field force reporting on key parameters
Analytics on performance and SFE parameters to share insights with sales
leadership for improving business performance
Target setting and incentive design and analytics for sales teams
Support specific initiatives (GTM, process improvement, etc.) for identified
sales teams or at an overall level
