JOB DESCRIPTION

 The role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities –
distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business priorities
 PMO (Project Management):
o Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to
ensure timely delivery of project objectives
o End-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:
 Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same
leveraging analytical techniques
 Conceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and
support functions
 Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders
 Establish project management structure
 Finalize roadmap (What, Who, When)
 Ensure implementation through robust monitoring
 Ensure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to
share progress update and seek feedback/ inputs
 Escalate and/or course-correct, as and when required, to ensure on-time
delivery of key milestones
 SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness)
o Work closely with sales leadership across levels and collaborate with relevant support
functions to ensure execution of SFE parameters and drive SFE initiatives for identified
sales teams
o Key responsibilities include
 Drive field force reporting on key parameters
 Analytics on performance and SFE parameters to share insights with sales
leadership for improving business performance
 Target setting and incentive design and analytics for sales teams
 Support specific initiatives (GTM, process improvement, etc.) for identified
sales teams or at an overall level
