 By product
For by product, we don’t do standard cost or actual cost. We update By- Product with NRV (Net
realization value).
We update NRV at the time of material master creation. But it is not Std cost or actual cost.

From By product point of view NRV is std cost , actual cost. Material master need to be updated with
Price control S and price determination 2 in all By- Product material. By product can be of some
value or Scrap that NRV zero.

No configuration

To consider as By product don’t check co product check box in BOM. Then the material will consider
as By -Product.

Accounting entry will be different compared to normal COGM. Here separate G/L need to be created
and update in OBYC GBB-ZOF.

Create G/L account + update obyc+ update OKTZ

Copy from 300520 and create 300530
