FORWARD
The project consist of a complete cold and hot water supply feeding all the appliance in gent’s
washrooms and a manhole where all the appliances drains first. Hot water is to be supplied from
the hot water cylinder while the cold water will be from the storage cistern appliances will be
supplied with both hot and cold water they include; kitchen sink, bath tub and wash hand basin
while other appliances like bowl urinal and low level closet only cold water with supplied, cold
water at the right hand side while hot water is at the left . all pipe dimensions is in mm scale of
1:20 to be used.

NOTES
The hot and water storage cistern should be fixed firmly. The hot water should be dust proof with
water capacity of 200 liters while the storage cistern should be of 3000 liters water capacity.

Both outlets pipes and inlets pipes should be at the opposite ends.

Hot water cylinder should supply water to the kitchen sink bath tub and wash hand basin while
cold water should be supplied to all appliances with cold water on the right hand side and the hot
one on the left hand side.

For the hot water supply pipes bends will be used instead of the use of many elbows.

All pipes must be tested and clipped on the wall allowed for a free space for expansion.

All appliances should be mounted

Bath tub, kitchen sink and wash hand basin should have taps security fixed on each of them of
baht hot and cold water supply.

An angle valve and a flexible tubing should be used on the appliances

All the appliances should have a pleasing appearances

Both tub should be fixed on the wall with wood batten

Cold and hot water supply pipes should be reduced from them to 13 mm

Ball valve should be inserted in the storage for cistern to prevent back flow or overflow

All pipes dimension should be in millimeters

CONCLUSION
I hereby concluded that though this practice project and discussion have gained a lot of skills and
knowledge aiding to be a qualified hardworking good plumber.
