INTRODUCTION

trends, and make informed decisions. This live project focuses on the
comparative financial analysis of Dalmia Bharat Ltd, is one of India’s
pioneering homegrown cement companies. By examining Dalmia Bharat Ltd,
financial performance over multiple years, this analysis aims to provide
valuable insights into the company’s financial health, growth, prospects, and its
position within the industry.

Dalmia Bharat Group is an Indian conglomerate, which traces its origins to the
businesses established by brothers Ramkrishna Dalmia and Jaidayal Dalmia in
eastern India in the first half of the 20th century. Understanding its financial
performance is not only essential for potential investors seeking to make
informed investment decisions but also for the company’s management to gauge
