Group 5

After interviewing Ms. Elvira Puzon, a high-ranking officer in the JFB security and media company, I was
able to better understand some of the struggles and difficulties that come from being a high-ranking
member of such a type of media company.

One such insight that she was able to shed light more on was the ways in which such a company needed
to approach how it thought about creating media due to also focusing on security in the media sense.
This was in the ways that, according to her, the JFB company needed to ensure that the media that they
created was secure and aimed on the correct demographics that the company wanted to reach with the
current project that they were creating. In that sense, they had to be careful of what sort of group their
project might be enticing as it would also lead to a potential risk of whatever projects they might be
creating in any given sense.

Another insight she was able to explain in a somewhat in-depth manner was the ways in which they
searched for and looked at certain demographics in order to ensure that they could create the projects
they wanted properly and without any potential risks whatsoever. In the same manner, doing this
analysis on various demographics would also be a way for them to create new projects based on
whatever data they might be able to ascertain from the demographic data that they have been able to
gain.

Lastly, one more insight she was able to give was that the company that she was a part of also had to
deal with challenges that would require them to have to adjust certain projects entirely. According to
her, some of these challenges included such things as changes in the interests of certain demographics
as well as the changes in how certain things might be perceived by these demographics, as well as things
such as the resurgence in popularity of certain things which might cause their company to have to adjust
in certain ways in order to better appease and give attention to the wants and needs of the
demographics that they might wish to please and appease.
