04:00-06:00 B role of calming Mackenzie voiceover About how

clips mental health has changed over
time
Calming music
mental health symptoms can
include

 feeling sad and down

 reduced ability to
concentrate
 extreme mood changes
 significant tiredness

mental health has changed

throughout the years due to more
advanced knowledge the views
have changed from people
blaming others with mental health
to people supporting them. It was
seen as insane to have a mental
health issue.

People are now more confident

speaking out about mental health
because of how they are helped in
the present and have more people
they can go to rather than an
asylum.

Not only this but role models who

people idolise have spoken out
about mental health issues they
have had themselves these
include

 Lewis Capaldi
 Micheal Phelps
 Dwayne Johnson
 Adele
 Paddy Pimblet

Because of these big name

speaking out it will encourage
fans and others too be more
confident speaking about there
feelings.
