Mental health is not the same


thing as the absence of a
mental illness. Mental health
includes
emotional, psychological, and
social well-being. It can
influence:
• How you feel about yourself,
the world, and your life
• Your ability to solve
problems and overcome
challenges
• Your ability to build
relationships with others and
contribute to your communities
• Your ability to achieve your
goals
Many people take care of their
physical health before they feel
sick. They may eat well, exercise
and
try to get enough sleep to help
maintain wellness. You can take
the same approach to mental
health.
Just as you may work to keep
your body healthy, you can also
work to keep your mind healthy.

nangyare sakin na best dahil normal na araw pa rin sakin
ang nangyare sakin noon. Ang pinaka worst naman ay
Nawala ang aking pusa na alaga ko sa loob ng 2 taon.

-these days naeexcite ako mag explore ng mga pagkain at
also maglaro ng basketball. Sa ngayon ay di ko alam ang
totoong saya pero sa tingin ko ang mga bagay na yan ang
nakakapagpasaya sa akin ngayon.
4. Would you like to have a private conversation with me or
another adult at school about how you’re feeling?
- Sa ngayon wala naman ako maiisshare dahil tingin ko ay
maayos naman ako.
5. Do you want to share your thoughts, and feeling in our

- Hindi ako comfortable magshare about sa aking sarili sa
harap ng maraming tao.
