Entrepreneurship Development Cell

•Trident has an Entrepreneurship Development Cell funded


by Deptt of MSME, GoI and operates an Incubation
Centre for our students. Infrastructure spread over 4000
sqft is dedicated for this purpose. A team of advisors are
appointed here for the purpose. Entrepreneurship
Awareness Camps are organized in every department
regularly. Distinguished guests and successful entrepreneurs
are invited as guest to encourage students and share their

•Our Instructor has received “Instructor Ecellency-Award-2012”

SKILL •SKILL’EM, (A Unit of Dinabandhu Foundation) an NSDC training partner
DEVE
LOPM aims to be the most admired learning and skill development partner, enabling

sustainable transformation. It provides end-to-end training and skill
development solutions to improve productivity for businesses on one hand
and employability enhancement for youth on the other. It addresses the entire
talent supply chain ranging from students who have just passed Class 8 to Post
Graduates and even professionals in large corporate. It’s been involved with
different ministries of state and central government in implementing several
skill development programmes.
NSDC Partner
•SKILL’EM is the authorized training partner of National Skill
Development Corporation. on 7th Sept 2015 in 7 sectors vide Regn no:
NSDC/TP/15-16/198 for Odisha, Jharkhand and North Eastern States. We
deliberately choose the geographical area due to the maximum population
of Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste. The sectors in which we train

Objectives
•SKILL’EM, (A Unit of Dinabandhu Foundation) an NSDC training partner
aims to be the most admired learning and skill development partner, enabling
sustainable transformation. It provides end-to-end training and skill
development solutions to improve productivity for businesses on one hand
and employability enhancement for youth on the other. It addresses the entire
talent supply chain ranging from students who have just passed Class 8 to Post
Graduates and even professionals in large corporate. It’s been involved with
different ministries of state and central government in implementing several
skill development programmes , such as SUDA, OSEMS, etc to upgrade the
skill of rural and urban youth of India.
Project E-Abhiyan

As a part of Trident/Cisco initiative very recently the IT


Ambassador Project E-Abhiyan was a taken up with a
vow to spread ICT education in remote areas of Odisha
and to connect the school with ICT education and it was
highly appreciated by the students and the communities.
Project Tri-ICT Abhiyan
It’s a kind of special initiative of Trident Group having major focus
on providing ICT education to rural school students and youths as
well as to spread ICT awareness among people with a hope to
create more ICT skilled manpower. A total of 6410 students are
trained directly. 34 faculties were engaged to train in 25 schools. In
our career counseling session 1460 participants were counseled on
various career prospects. We have trained 3494 girls which directly
says our program has met Women empowerment

Academy of Creative Technology is awarded as “ Best
CRS Project of Cisco in APAC Region” at CISCO Inc
function at Bangkok on 9th of April 2016. We also became
Premier Partner for APAC region for CISCO
Project INSPIRE

We have implemented the projects like INSPIRE internship program for School Students,
also imparting short-term courses on Cloud computing and Android, Soft-skill training as a
part of skill development initiatives.

Retail Sector
With the tremendous growth of economy, retail management has
emerged as one of the fastest growing careers in India. The
enormous expansion in the retail sector during the past few years has
thrown up a big demand for skilled professionals in the field. It is an
industry looking for people at all levels, from the school pass out
with basic skills, to the well qualified supply chain and retail
management professionals. One can take up a job depending on
one’s interest and aptitude, since retail industry is an array of
activities starting from marketing to branding. This makes retail
profession one of the most demanding careers of the era.
Travel & Tourism
Being a very wide field, the scope of employment in tourism
sector is very bright and the potential is still largely untapped.
Career opportunities exist both in the public and private
sector. Since this is a new area of employment, not many
qualified and experienced people are available and the
promotion prospectus are also very bright and rapid. After a
few years of experience, One can also start their own business
by handling all travel requirements of a client and gradually
building up business, taking on additional employees.
