defend your research proposal to a panel of
experts and submit final output.

TIMEFRAME: 1 HOUR PER PRESENTER
• 10 MINUTES – LIVE PRESENTATION (MAXIMUM)
• 40 MINUTES – Q & A
• 10 MINUTES – JUDGMENT/ DELIBERATION FROM THE PANEL MEMBERS
ETIQUETTE IN A PROPOSAL DEFENSE
• During the Q & A portion, the presenters are encouraged to take
notes of the important comments and suggestions from the panel
members.
• Indicate the comments/ suggestions and your action taken for the
revisions using the compliance report template.
