COVID-19 transformed the planet and industries in 2020. Telehealth became the
alternative for acute and chronic disease treatment because to the need to avoid social
connections and stay-at-home directives. The integrated review examines and assesses COVID-
19 telehealth nursing care models from both patients' and health providers' perspectives.
A quick switch to telehealth was triggered by the unforeseen global health emergency
that raised questions on remote service efficiency and quality of care (Andrews et al., 2020). This

The systematic literature review employed PubMed, CINAHL, Google Scholar, and
providers' telehealth satisfaction from January 2020 to July 11, 2020. Andrews et al. (2020)

Five of eighteen research were from the US, proving the problem is global. Sixteen
studies examined patient satisfaction and five examined healthcare provider viewpoints

In this discussion section, the research syntheses data about patients’ satisfaction levels
and those of healthcare professionals in all levels. The satisfaction is explored herein leading to
the causes which include availability, ease of use, and necessity of telehealth approach (Andrews
et al., 2020). Furthermore, it also touches on the challenges and prospects of telehealth care
models.
The findings are applied to telehealth nursing in the implication section. The study
discusses integrating telehealth into routine care and overcoming challenges to quality telehealth
services. This integrative evaluation provides credible data on patient and health care
professional satisfaction with Telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating its
