ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT

This Contract ("Contract") is entered into this 14th

____ day of ___________,
NOVEMBER 2023, (the "Effective Date") by and

between Ms. Melanie Grace B. Escamillan, with its principal place of business at Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte,

hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and Ar. Biena Mae M. Silva, a duly licensed architect, with its principal place

of business at Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, hereinafter referred to as the "Architect."

WHEREAS, the Client desires to engage the services of the Architect for the purpose of Detailed Architectural and

Engineering Services, and the Architect agrees to provide such services in accordance with the terms and conditions

set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Client and the Architect agree as

follows:

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

The Architect agrees to provide Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design Services for the 3-unit Homestay with

estimated total floor area of 120.00 sqm, including but not limited to:

Deliverables Number of Copies

Construction Documents
Architectural plans and details, signed and sealed 6 sets, on A3 paper
Structural plans and details 6 sets, on A3 paper
Sanitary plans and details 6 sets, on A3 paper
Electrical plans and details 6 sets, on A3 paper
Mechanical plans and details (if required) 6 sets, on A3 paper
Bill of Materials 6 sets, on A4 paper
Specifications 6 sets, on A4 paper
Structural Analysis 1 set, on A4 paper
Electrical Analysis 1 set, on A4 paper
3D Renders and Visualization (Exterior & Interior) PDF/JPEG file
2. COMPENSATION:

The compensation for the architectural design services shall be 65,000 PHP for the entire project.

3. PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

Payment shall be made in two installments:

3.1 Down payment: 40% of the total compensation (26,000 PHP) upon signing of the agreement.

3.2 Final Submission of Deliverables: 60% of the total compensation (39,000 PHP) upon the Architect's final

submission of deliverables.

4. TIMELINE:

The Architect shall submit the deliverables within 15-20 days upon the signing of this Contract.

5. CLIENT'S ACCEPTANCE:

By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
