1. What are your present strengths (i.e., personal, technical etc.) that you think are relevant in the
pursuit of your career? What are your present weaknesses and inadequacies that you need to
overcome for you to be successful in your time?

I am young and passionate at everything that I do. I can say that this drive helps me to
achieve and do more that what is expected of me. I have a strong organizational skills, keen to
details and always open to integration of new ideas to boost productivity and effectiveness. I
continuously learn from my environment and experiences. However, at present, I can say that I
need to enhance my people skills. I tend to overlook how my peers are performing and just focus
on myself. Dealing with this is a work in progress since different types of personalities would
require different ways of talking to them. In order to overcome this, I try to first understand and
learn the root of the problem or how they perceive things. After knowing what causes the
problem, I try to gauge how we can work well to provide solutions to the problem. It is important
to note that the success of the organization is highly dependent on the productivity and
contribution of each personnel. Being united despite the diversity of the organization is the
greatest challenge but this can be overcome by focusing on the goal.

2. What do you expect from SM Supermalls? Why do you want to work in the company?

Since SM Supermalls is the largest shopping center in the Philippines, I think their
Industry standards are proven to be resilient and sustainable to help them retain good economic
standing despite the recent pandemic. I believe that this success is highly attributed how well
they take care of their employees and help them bring out the best in their service. I believe that
SM would provide me sustainability in my tenure in the company and growth in my profession.
