To whom it may concern:

I am writing to you on behalf of Lic. Beatriz Melissa Velasco Hernández, who is

currently a student of the career that I manage, which is Aeronautical Manufacturing
Engineering at the Technological University of Guaymas. She has been teaching her
in different subjects and projects throughout her career and she has always behaved
as an excellent student and future engineer.

She is one of 32 students in the same grade that she supervises and her work
has always been remarkable. She has the qualities of a good engineer, being
methodical, responsible, creative, and respectful, among others. In the projects in
which she has worked, she has often assumed the leading role and achieved good
results; and in the moments when she felt that she was not the best option to lead,
she always behaved as a strong teammate.

Melissa is on her way to becoming an excellent engineer, so in good faith,

I can recommend her work and experience, given that by giving her the
opportunity to learn more, she will be an element that contributes knowledge and
skill to any work team.
