WRITING TASK 1:

The provided pie charts show the information about the rates in typical meals consumed in the
USA of three types of nutrients, which is Sodium,saturated fats and added sugars.
Overall, the most striking feature which is can be seen from the charts is that these types of
nutrients also appear less in the breakfat and are consumed most in the dinner ( except added
sugar ).
We can see that there is a similar among types of nutrients in the breakfast,particularly 14%
sodium,16% saturated fat and 16% added sugar. While the percentages of saturated fat and
sodium which is contribute to the lunch don’t have a big gap,26% and 29% respectively; the
other just is 14%.
In terms of the dinner meal, the rate of Sodium consumed is the highest,at 43%,followed by
37% saturated fat and 23% added sugar. The model is reversed in the snackes meal, there are
42% added sugar,21% saturated fat and 14% sodium.
