The chart illustrates on average how many nutrients are consumed by people in America

on a daily basis.
Overall, it is clear that nutrients under discussion like sodium, saturated fat and added
sugar, are used in different quantity during daily meal.
In terms of consumption during dinner the most popular item is sodium which is consumed
at 43 % whereas saturated fat is considerably less popular at 37 %. Another distinctive point is
that sodium is added to lunch at 29 %, just ahead of saturated fat at 26 %. Also, during breakfast
saturated fat is as less popular as added sugar at 16 % each of them.
The number-one nutrient in snacks is added sugar at 42 % which is twice higher than
saturated fat and three times higher than sodium. Unfortunately, it constitutes approximately half
of the daily nutrients which can entail serious health problems. Last but not least there is twice as
many sodium added to dinner as added sugar, at 43 % and 23 % respectively.
