In addition, many of the educational sessions at the conference allow your employee to earn Professional
Development Units (PDUs) towards the maintenance of his/her PMI certification. PMI has aligned its
certification program with the employer-identified skills depicted in the PMI Talent Triangle to ensure that
practitioners are equipped to remain relevant in a continually changing business environment. The ideal skill
