1. Why did you the topic?

-We chose this topic because we want to enhance the critical thinking skills in English among
grade 7 students at EABHS. because it will help them understand their English subject better.
2. what is objective of your study?

- the only purpose of this study is to enhance the critical thing skills in English among Grade 7
students in EABHS.
3. What type of research did you use?

- The type of research that we use is Quantitative research. WHY? Because most of our
research show how many can enhance the PICTOWORD and the level of the students. And of
course, Quantitative is all about numerical data.
4. What is or are the limitation of your study?

-the limitation of the study is we did not use, the higher grade level as a respondent. Why did
you not use higher level as a respondent? Because our research is the most appropriate for
grade 7 students.
5. What research design did you use in your study?

- we use Experimental-quantitative as the research design of our study.

6. Why did you choose the research design?

- We use it to know the significant/difference of control group and experimental group and it
show the pre-test and post-test of the two groups.
7. What sampling technique did you use in selecting the participants of your study?

- We use simple random sampling technique for our respondents. It is by choosing randomly
or by the use lottery method.
8. What research instrument did you use in gathering the data?

- We use Google form to gathered our data. WHY? Because, we are now facing pandemic,
that why we conduct our survey through Online.
9. What would you recommend to the next researcher?

- for the next researchers, we suggest that ask a lot question to the respondents to gathered
a lot of data.

- It will help them to encourage and motivated their self to enhance their critical thinking
skills in english.

- It is all about enhancing the critical thinking skills in english among grade 7 students in EABHS.

- We use the grade 7 students from EABHS as our respondents. We choose 30 students from
grade 7 and divided them into 2 groups which is control group and experimental group.
