For 45 minutes of class, students can only remember 75%, and if they test again after 48 hours,

they can only remember 10%.However, taking class notes just makes up for this deficiency, and
the efficiency of listening to classes has been greatly improved. The famous saying “Good
memory is better than a bad pen” just verifies the importance of taking class notes.
However, class notes are not memorized by rote, but must be recorded on the basis of
understanding. Many students have committed this problem. So, how should I take class notes?
Take notes to remember the following:
1. The key points and difficulties that the teacher talked about.
2. The outline of the text written by the teacher, the meaning of the text, and the center of the
text (you can't write down what the teacher said word for word, as long as it is roughly recorded
and the meaning is correct).
3. Remember the doubts.Such doubts may be ignored by the teacher and you don't understand,
or you may not hear them. You should take the initiative to ask the teacher for answers after
class.
Some tips for taking notes:
1. Commonly used words can be represented by symbols, which can save time.
2. Remember to loosen the words a little bit, so that it is convenient to correct.
3. Taking notes should be divided into positive and negative pages, usually 7:3, so that it can be
easily modified.
4. Apply different colors of notes to record, usually red and blue pens, do not use pencils to
record.Use a blue pen for general things, and a red pen for key points such as formulas.
5. Write quickly, as long as you can see it clearly by yourself.
6. Listen carefully to the lecture. Just copy the class notes simply. Don't ignore the content of the
teacher's lecture because you are busy copying class notes in a class.
With these, you can become a top student.
