Dear Dr. Llosa:

I am writing to you on behalf of Colegio de Santa Catalina de Alejandría - College of
Criminal Justice Education (COSCA-CCJE) to request your assistance in facilitating a
blood letting drive at the COSCA Gymnasium on September 23, 2023, from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM.
The blood donors will be coming from the COSCA-CCJE Criminology students and
ROTC cadets. These young, enthusiastic individuals are eager to give back to the
community and save lives through their voluntary blood donations.
I believe that this blood letting drive is an important initiative that will help to ensure
a stable blood supply for those in need. I am committed to making this event a
success, and I would be grateful for your support.
I would be grateful for your positive response to this request. Please let us know at
your earliest convenience if your hospital can provide the requested support, and if
any additional arrangements or requirements are necessary.
