ROLE OVERVIEW:
Assists in Civil engineering design activities which includes conceptualizing general arrangement, analyzing, designing, 3D modeling of general
civil infrastructure, structures, foundations, connections and performs review of related vendor prints. Prepare material takeoffs and design
reports to record design steps as per the direction of assigned CSA Lead. Duties consist of various task as assigned by Lead Engineer to be
completed with acceptable quality and within the stipulated time.

JOB DIMENSIONS:
1. Supervision Received - Reports to and receives technical guidance and operational supervision from designated supervisory personnel.
2. Contacts - Maintains relationships with project personnel, particularly with individual’s discipline group lead and engineers in New Delhi
office.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

The following duties are General/ Common within the Engineering function:
1. The following duties are performed specific to Civil Engineering:
Familiarize with Engineering work processes
Familiarize with Engineering Design Guides, Design Criteria and Design codes
Familiarize with Construction Specification and Details
Study of relevant Engineering Instructions and Guidelines
Gather inputs from and coordinate with other disciplines for preparing design deliverables
Looks at 3D model to gather information
Prepare/ Assist in preparation of various design deliverables under the guidance of assigned engineer
Performs self-check of documents produced
Perform consistency check across various design and reference documents
Participate in team meetings
Assists in analysis and design of general civil infrastructure, foundations, structures etc. as directed
Assists in preparing design calculations
Assists in preparing material takeoff

JOB KNOWLEDGE
Pursuing Civil Engineering degree from a reputed Institute. Having general awareness of Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical
industries.
Is inclined to pursue a career in Civil Engineering.
Ability to work in a team and possesses effective communication skill.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
