I am pleased to inform you about an important update to our company's

policies. We are introducing a new overtime policy aimed at enhancing our

approach to managing overtime hours.

Key Points:

Approval Process: Effective augast 21 , all employees intending to work

overtime must obtain approval from their immediate supervisor or manager

before proceeding.

Compensation: Overtime hours will be compensated at 1.5 times the regular

hourly rate for non-exempt employees who exceed 40 hours per week.

Documentation: Accurate record-keeping of overtime hours is mandatory.

Employees are required to maintain records of overtime worked.

Exemptions: Some roles may be exempt based on job responsibilities and

applicable labor laws. Affected employees will be informed directly.
