B. Answer
1. Contains procedure text (SOP) regarding employee reference guidelines with several classification stages.
2. In text 1 there are 4 procedures, namely Clocking In and Clocking Out there are 2 steps, Start of the Day
there are 4 steps, Ringing Out a Transaction there are 3 steps, and Returning a Transaction there are 5
steps.
3. The function of SOP to clock in and to clock out is to fill in absences during working hours. In the form
of
name and pin. Clock in is register to attend and clock out is usually to finish work.
4. If clause with imperative in text 1
- If the item will be placed back into the store inventory, select the item to open the Item Functions
window.
Select Return to Stock in the drop down and tap Done to close the window
- If the item will NOT be placed back into the inventory, ensure that RMA is selected and tap Done to
close
the window

10. Procedure enter the laboratory:
1. Dress politely and neatly when entering the laboratory
2. If you more than 15 minutes late, leave the room and are not permitted to attend practice
3. If you unable to attend, provide written and official information regarding the reasons for your
absence
4. Do not use sandals or open shoes or high heels
5. Do not make noise, eat, drink and smoke in the laboratory
6. Do not taste or smell chemicals unless specifically ordered
7. After the practicum, the workplace must be cleaned and tidied again, as well as the tools returned to
its place
8. If you want to use the laboratory for a long period of time, you should ask the laboratory staff for
permission
9. The equipment in the laboratory is a shared responsibility, therefore you must be careful when using
it
10. If an accident involve chemicals occurs, you can report it to laboratory staff
