- Market: Domestic MICE/FIT focusing on Phan Thiet, Ninh Thuan, Da Lat, Nha
Trang, Cam Ranh
- Selling quite well for Selectum Noa and Vinpearl
- They raised their concerns about the availability of buffet meals in our HB and
FB package as most of their guests do prefer daily buffet rather than daily set
menu while our resort will be subject to hotel's occupancy.
- Got 01 group lead
- Convince Ms. Mạch - CEO to book for her trial stay to see resort's product

- Courtersy visit to introduce New Sales person and update current market trands
and their bookings
- They shared that they are selling quite good the All-day inclusive package from
Selectum Noa & The Riviera. Outbound tours are also picked up quite well since
the cost for domestic tour is quite as same as outbound tours.
- They are receiving 01 group inquiry from SGT Hanoi (already worked with our
Sales team- Ms. Linh for proposal) in the begining of June
- Re-emphasize our Summer promotion for TA

- They are very busy this month due to lots of events from schools and corporate
companies.
- They shared that majority summer trips from schools will go to Dalat, 3-4 stars
hotels with average meal at 250,000-300,000 per guest and average room rate is
within VND1,000,000 - VND1,500,000 per room per night
- Introduce our meeting & event function spaces for their local events as well as
beach teambuilding to drive business focusing on corporate events (Insurance,
FMCG, Packaging)

- Quite busy for lots of FIT booking (families) in hotels in NT city due to Beach
Festival. In Cam Ranh, they are still selling quite good for Alma, The Arena
(Families groups) and Selectum Noa as most of their guests are families and
always ask for waterparks or others kids activities.
- They got 01 small group lead (~13 roooms) inquiry but low budget and is asking
for Alma. Convinced them to propose our Radisson Blu Cam Ranh

- He shared that this year their corporate companies (especially real estate)
reduced their costs for company trips compared to last year so that majority will
select 4 stars hotels/resorts in Cam Ranh or shift destination to Nha Trang city/
Da Lat only
- Also shared that this year the booking window is quite short and guests tend to
book very last minute. No group inquiries recieved for Oct till end of this year yet.
- Re emphasize him that we are also selling FB &HB package so that we can drive
more business from FIT segments
