My experience in publishing and manuscript writing requires an extensive knowledge in

organizing and planning a quality improved manuscript report and a broad research on evidence

based practice initiatives in order to give readers important and essential information. According

to the above explanation, I do have experience in manuscript writing and publishing. Learning to

write a professional journal is important in medical programs because, the rapid expansion of the

specialist systems has been followed by a high rise of number of proposals of texts explaining

the impacts of the medics crowning achievement ventures, which are frequently quality

improved instead of research studied (Nelson, Cook, & Raterink, 2013). Through publicizing the

impacts of quality improvement, interferences can be pooled with others who may have same

difficulties in their medical setups.

My greatest area of learning is on the editorial piece of hidden critics and the advice

given thereafter. The board and section of aristocrat critics air out their topmost hidden bothers

and highest recommendation to writers to help them achieve fruitful periodical ( Morin, 2014).

The most helpful and insightful part of these resources were the advices given. For example,

offering to some degree a piece that is unique and essential; critics need to claim something that

progresses the medical learning ahead and solves the dire issues, hence, I as an author have to be

very familiar and current with the latest literature and nursing trends

Notably, finding time to write can be tricky, but these resources have provided me with

suggestions on how to tackle that and therefore writing effectively. Firstly, I have to understand

that writing for school and writing for work/publication are completely different tasks. Pieces

submitted for school work are meant to explain my understanding and familiarity over the

subjects that I have been imparted with (Morton, 2016). The spectators of my piece are my

teachers and fellow peers and classmates. Hence, the subject matter is not unique and does not

supplement knowledge to the medical learning rather it is used as an assessment technique

(Morton, 2016). Periodical texts give unique data and increase on prior information for a group

of spectator text authors who are looking for vibrant, crisp and legal data that complements to

their understanding and can be practical into the drill.
