Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Marilola Pérez. My friends and I went away to Scotland with your travel agency
from 10th to 17th of March. I am writing to you because we are strongly dissatisfied with
some services since they weren't as good as the brochure said.

To start with, after the check in was done, the receptionist led us to our room, which was so
far from being clean. To make matters worse we saw cockroaches. Secondly, when it was
late, instead of having a peaceful rest, we had to hear all kinds of noises, for instance, the
neighbors or the lift. Moreover, the breakfast was disgusting and insufficient.

Our second cause of complaint was the guided tour. Despite learning many historical things
about Scotland, we didn’t have the chance to take photos and enjoy the landscapes. The
worst part of it was when we had to wait on the road several hours for another bus, losing
our holiday time.

Finally, I consider that we owe an apology. From my point of view I think that it is dishonest
to advertise quality services in the brochure, when in reality you are not going to provide
them.
