Dear Sir or Madam,

With no intention of offending, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your campsite in

Molėtai, on which I went with group of friends on the 16th of April.

We booked our stay online on your website and it was written that the camp is far away from city
noise. Unfortunately, the campsite was just a few turns from the city, which is not a calm place.
Nevertheless, the campsite was a complete mess when we arrived: there was a lot of rubbish in the
environment, the fireplace was also untidy. You did mention on your website that the territory is
completely safe and no one can get in there, unless they are also your guest, but we heard some
noise during the night. Luckily, we haven’t been robbed. That was very disappointing because I just
expected to rest with my friends, but obviously, that didn't go as planned.

I feel strongly that we deserve compensation for our stay. Firstly, I suggest next time take a look
after someone's staying because not everyone can be polite and tidy their area after their visit.
Secondly, I think that there should be a security guard because the territory is not that safe as it
looks and someone should protect the guest in the emergency case.
