TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

3. 1 Non-Functional Requirements
Non-functional requirements describe how the system works, how the system behaves
and that is constraint upon the system’s behavior. The non-functional requirements of the
system are;
 It should be able to perform desired task in reasonable unit of time.
 The server would perform desired tasks as expected.
 The system would provide access only to traffic management group administrator
or any authorized person can use it.
 The system would be user-friendly and would provide Graphical User Interface
(GUI)
 The system would be a Web Application.

3.2 System Requirements


System requirements list the software programs or hardware devices which are
required to operate the system.

Hardware Requirements
The hardware device used to develop the system is a laptop with the following
specifications: [INSERT SPECIFICATION OF THE LAPTOP PLS e.g Processor
that has an Intel (R) Core (TM)2 DUO CPU T8300 @2.40 GHz @2.40 GHz 3GB
(RAM)]. The minimum hardware requirements needed for the system when deployed
is a personal computer with at least a dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, 100 GB HDD
free space, mouse (optical), keyboard, internet connection to send a SMS.

Software Requirements
The software used to develop the system are the following: Windows 10 (32
bit) Operating System and Visual Studio for program coding of the system, XAMPP,
HTML & Bootstrap, PHP & MySQL, and internet for the SMS Notification
