LOOK: The First Quarter meeting of the local school board brought together passionate

educators specifically the local school board members chaired by Municipal Mayor Hon.
Ferdinand B. Trinidad to discuss key matters shaping the educational landscape. The gathering
was held this morning, January 09, 2024 at the Office of the Mayor which aims to provide a
platform for open dialogue and collaborative decision-making.

One of the focal points of the meeting was the discussion on the Approval of Resolution on the
appointment of Ma'am Nora Rivera as Principal of Bayo Elementary School and the appointment
of Ma'am ________________.
A presentation of the Special Educational Fund (SEF) accomplishment for CY 2023 and the
presentation of Programs, Projects and Activities (PPA's) for CY 2024 were discussed by the
Municipal Planning Development and Coordinator Engr. Priscilla I. Brion, EnP. After which,
educators presented proposals aimed at fostering a well-rounded education and sharing valuable
insights into the needs and preferences of the student body.

Budget considerations were also a significant part of the meeting, with the board members
carefully reviewing financial allocations for the upcoming academic year. Striking a balance
between maintaining educational quality and addressing fiscal responsibilities was a priority,
