BAC is seeking 2 consultants to join our Project delivery team - 1 Senior Consultant &
1 Associate Consultant. These roles are available immediately with candidate's
preferably located in Sydney or Melbourne...However, will consider other regions on
the East Coast of Australia.

Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end application implementation projects,

including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-
implementation support. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing
expert guidance and resolving any project-related issues.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather business
requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct in-depth
analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions that align with industry best
practices and client objectives.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs and architectures that
address business requirements while considering scalability, security, and
performance. Work closely with development teams to ensure the effective
implementation of designs.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on application implementation
methodologies, tools, and technologies. Stay updated with the latest trends and
advancements in application implementation to recommend innovative solutions and
enhance project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and senior executives.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure
transparency and manage expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and
facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of
implemented applications. Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution during the
implementation phase.
- Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive project documentation,
including functional specifications, technical design documents, user manuals, and
training materials. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on
newly implemented applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and recommend best
practices to optimize application implementation methodologies. Contribute to the
development of reusable frameworks, templates, and tools that enhance project
efficiency and quality.
 Qualifications

- Must be a graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology,

Business (Information Systems), Software Engineering or a related field.
- Must have a growth mindset towards self-development and continuous skills
development in the area's for Business Application Transformation
- Must be a strong communicator who can speak with clients confidently.
- Must be energetic and demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a team environment.
- Must have strong coaching and team development capabilities
